1972

The Leo Cussen Institute is established

Created by an Act of the Victorian Parliament, the Leo Cussen Institute was founded as a not-for-profit statutory body dedicated to practical legal education and professional development.

2010

A new chapter begins

The organisation began operating under the name Leo Cussen Centre for Law, reflecting its expanding role in practical legal training and continuing professional development.

2026
